TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum order is AU$300 plus shipping for all new orders. A minimum of AU$150 applies for re-orders. All prices are current and subjected to change without further notice. Prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time unless prior invoiced.
Please note: Gift Sets, multi packs, discounted “packs” of earrings, hair clips and trolley tokens are NOT to be purchased under a wholesale account. Clearance Items CAN be purchased.
All orders must be fully paid at time of order; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept all major credit cards or PayPal. You will be emailed your order receipt.
Australia Post - $20.00 Standard Post and $30.00 Express Post
Your wholesale shipping preference must be selected at check out. If wholesale shipping isn't selected you will receive an invoice for the difference in shipping amount. We do not charge handling fees. Shipping rates are obtained from Australia Post. We offer standard and express shipping through Australia Post - please check the Australia Post website for up to date delivery times.
All orders are sent within 1 week of placement. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order. You will be notified by email with a tracking number when your order has been sent. If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, please contact Australia Post on 1800 101 318.
Laser and Beam is not responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail but will try our best to work with you to find your items. All orders are posted in thoughtful packaging; wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed into a cardboard box.
**If you would like each dangle earring set packaged in individual plastic packaging please state this when ordering. All care is considered to not use excess materials if not needed.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review diligently all the information tabled in each product description to ensure that the product is suitable for your needs prior to committing to purchasing.
If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself, and the outcome that works best for you. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that you're happy with. For example we may arrange one or a combination of the following:
- Send you any missing parts or components
- Suggest a method self repair (with an offer of compensation to you)
- Arrange a repair by a local trades person in your area (with an offer of compensation to you)
- Replace the product (subject to availability)
- Offer you an alternative product
- Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 10 days of receipt. Please do not return goods before contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
Approval is needed before becoming a Laser and Beam stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated by post code unless otherwise agreed upon. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months Laser and Beam will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void. Website only businesses will not be included in the exclusivity terms.
Sales Outlets/ Website and Online Sales
You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application. Secondary stores must receive prior approval.
Special orders or custom colour combinations are more than welcome. Special orders placed with Laser and Beam are non-refundable and a 50% deposit must be paid before manufacture commences.
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Laser and Beam. We do however reserve the right to list your store's contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from laserandbeam.com
